MINI SMALLS™ accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed safely and securely through PayPal, although there is no need to have an account. PayPal hides your financial details so you don't have to share them online. We want your order to arrive A$AP, and endeavour to ship orders within 24 – 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM AEST (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 1 business day. All orders placed after 3 PM AEST will begin processing the next business day. For items on backorder we endeavour to ship within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page.
Domestic parcels are delivered with Australia Post, and should be received within 5-8 days (standard domestic shipping) or 2-3 working days (domestic express post shipping) - public holidays and weekends not included. All international parcels are delivered with Australia Post, and delivery times vary per location. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates. MINI SMALLS™ can not be held responsible for any such additional charges.
MINI SMALLS™ is not responsible for shipments lost in transit, or for any delays in shipping, including local delivery errors or international customs issues.
Shipping within Australia and to New Zealand is FREE on all orders of $150 or more. International shipping is FREE on orders of $250 or more. MINI SMALLS™ will also sometimes offer free shipping promotions. When this offered it will be clearly stated on the MINI SMALLS™ site, and will be applied to your order on the payment page (may require coupon code).
Each order receives a confirmation receipt via email immediately after you make a purchase. If you have any questions in regards to your order, please feel free to email us at holla[@]minismalls.com. A receipt will also be included with your package.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically be sent an email with dispatch confirmation and relevant tracking information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS
We hope that you never regret a purchase from MINI SMALLS™, however, if you need to cancel, please email holla[@]minismalls.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, the return policy will take effect.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by MINI SMALLS™.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Exchanges and returns of merchandise are welcome within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at holla[@]minismalls.com to arrange, and confirm return address. All products that you return must be in perfect & wearable condition, and not worn, used or washed. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return costs will be the customers responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product. Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns/exchanges is usually 14 business days from the time the return is received. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may be incurred will not be refunded by MINI SMALLS™. If your exchange item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your order you will be notified via email. Only three exchanges after original purchase within the 30 days will be allowed. After the three, no returns or exchanges will be permissible. All sale merchandise is final - no returns or exchanges possible.
If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item which you want to claim please contact us at holla[@]minismalls.com. Claims for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days after you received your order. MINI SMALLS™ will pay for any additional charges.
